Our story

Guidance from start to finish

We started Kämpe Estates to make the Italian property market understandable and manageable for Scandinavian buyers, whether the goal is a historic estate, a vineyard, or a lifestyle home.

We combine international experience with local expertise. Through our network of notaries, geometras, lawyers, and interpreters, we coordinate thorough assessment of each opportunity, carried out by those qualified to do so. Many of Italy’s finest properties are never publicly listed, and our approach provides access others cannot reach.

Our vision is to set a new standard in luxury real estate advisory. Every assignment is tailored, with attention to detail, discretion, and lasting value.

Kämpe Estates is an independent advisor on the buyer’s side throughout the process. We never represent the seller, the agent, or the developer, and therefore have no interests in a purchase other than yours.

01 Search & Selection

We identify suitable properties in the agreed area that match your budget and preferences, present multiple options, and gather foundational documentation such as the visura and planimetria.

02 Private viewings

We organize and attend viewings during your visits to Italy.

03 Coordination of professionals

We connect you with a lawyer, geometra, notary, and interpreter, coordinate communication between the parties, and obtain your codice fiscale on your behalf under power of attorney.

04 Closing

We coordinate an interpreter for the closing meeting at the notary's office, and continue to assist you with management and rental of the property afterward.

My story

About Kristine

I founded Kämpe Estates after recognizing the potential of Italy’s historic properties, and how challenging the market can be to navigate. My aim is to help clients understand the process, make confident decisions, and access opportunities that are often hidden from the public.

I combine Norwegian rigor with international real estate experience and local expertise in Italy. My background includes studies in real estate, development, and asset management, as well as education in Luxury Real Estate in Florence.
